Nina Cresswell has defeated a libel action bought against her by her attacker, Billy Hay, who sexually assaulted her in 2010. Ten years after the assault, Nina was motivated by the #MeToo movement to name Hay – a well-known tattooist –on social media and in blog posts. He denied the allegations and sued Nina for defamation.
