New York subway rider killed a homeless man via chokehold, authorities say
On Monday, a 24-year-old white man on the New York city subway put a Black man in a chokehold, and killed him. The victim was 30-year-old Jordan Neely, who was homeless at the time. The city's medical examiner ruled Neely's death a homicide, but his assailant hasn't been charged with a crime.
