Was Martin Luther King Jr. more radical than we remember?

We often remember Martin Luther King Jr. as the picture of peaceful protest. And while that's not incorrect, he had more radical ideas and rhetoric that aren't as often discussed. When he was a college student, he knew he was going to "kill Jim Crow."

A new biography of the civil rights leader, titled "King: A Life," explores some new revelations about the man. The book's author, Jonathan Eig, joins us.
